Anti-Racism

Trainer & Consultant

Working with organisations to develop anti-racism practice across culture and policies.

My approach is intersectional and holistic. I consider the multi-layered reality of oppression and humanity’s need for compassion at such a time as this.

Abolitionism is the promise of the effort and practice of anti-racism in the personal and the public spheres. It must happen on the levels of the body and mind of the individual and the collective.

I am a guide for change work, connecting the micro and the macro in order for inclusion and equity to become normal. Starting with the inherent wisdom and kindness of all people and assisting practically and strategically in building INTEGRITY in people and organisations.

My values in this work are...

INTEGRITY + COMPASSION + MOVEMENT

"You can’t join the movement and do nothing. It’s a verb, not a noun. If you feel moved on the inside you must act; make moves on the outside."

Are you ready to join the movement?

TESTIMONIES

"It was so rich. I feel really grateful for the foundation this training gives me. I can dip back in when I want a refresher on the terminology/concepts/resources, to continue building on my own confidence around this."

                                                     Cat, training participant

"I really enjoyed spending time reflecting on the Do's and Don’ts. Hearing everybody airing their vulnerabilities and fears around this. It made it all feel more achievable and less scary. In that, the concept of "anonymous allyship" and thinking about Impact>Intent was very useful for me."

                                           Mathilde, training participant

"I really enjoyed the training, I gained so much from it. Having open discussions on these important topics in a focused group gives the issues a new and different perspective."

                                           Kathleen, training participant
